Just got a used '23 AF ES last week from someone. I looked at the service history online, and it seems complete, but I didn't get a paper service book. Do they even give you those anymore? Does this mean I just save the online records and any receipts from now on?

These days, paper service books are pretty rare since most service records are online. Its totally fine to just keep digital records and your own receipts going forward , just make sure you save everything for future reference.

Yeah, most newer bikes don't come with paper service books anymore, just keep the online records and save all your receipts, that's what dealers and buyers look for now anyway.
