CRF1100L Front End Feels Off

I noticed that under repeated hits or during heavy front braking on uneven ground, the front end just doesn't feel as planted as it should, and I know I've been riding my CRF1100L pretty hard lately, mostly mixed terrain with a lot of washboard and rocky trails, well trust me and my curious spirit to do some digging and I came across mentions of "fork tunnel deflection" as a possible cause, which is basically flex in the area where the forks mount through the upper triple and head tube and this sounds like it could explain what I'm feeling

But on another side, I've heard the myths of googling your symptoms and how inaccurate, google a headache and you start thinking you have a brain tumor or something, so who knows maybe the same case maybe applying here. I just need thoughts and suggestions on the matter

Fork tunnel deflection is a thing, but often, it's simpler culprits causing that vague front end feeling on hard hits. check these things out

Head bearings: Big suspect for vagueness under braking.
Suspension settings: Could be overwhelmed by hard riding/washboard.
Tire pressure/wear: Easy check.
Fork oil condition: Hard riding breaks it down

Unfortunately, that's the thing about the fork tunnel flex thing... it can really mess with your front end feel, especially when you ride on rough trails. If you're actually pushing it hard, check the mounts because that might help. But yeah, Google can't be helpful at all times. Trust the dealer :)

It's smart to question what you find online but I think that by your description, it could be a fork tunnel deflection. But before you do major modifications, I'd also try what @GooglyEyesGo suggested just to rule out the more basic stuff.
