Stuck in between, need help

Been riding my Africa Twin 1000 DCT for a about 3 years now, but I want a change. Around here, used ATs are holding their value ridiculously well and so much so that a brand new bike doesn't feel like such a crazy step, crazy. A new Africa Twin DCT ES with all the touring extras and my preferred luggage setup is tempting, but then I looked at the NT1100 GT DCT . It comes fully loaded for long distance touring. I mostly ride two up, so the NT feels like it could be a smarter, more practical choice for my style.
What are your thoughts?
